Wake up to a healthy, delicious breakfast created every day by our accomplished chefs. Our sweet and savoury buffet dishes encapsulate the story of the local area and its craft producers, offering a choice of 4 breakfast experiences.


Flavour

A trail of flavours to awaken your taste buds, from the bread, made with natural sourdough starter and wholemeal spelt and maize flour, to the cheeses, a paean to Italy’s diverse dairy heritage.

Wellbeing

The path of virtue was never so delicious, with products from the exquisite slow-roasted ham (glutenand allergen-free) to the fresh salmon farmed in the purest waters and prepared using traditional techniques.

Energy

A balanced menu with the energy you need to start the day in style, in a sweet and savoury selection: cereals and dried fruit with a sumptuous organic yogurt; jams and preserves made with at least 70% fresh fruit; scrambled fresh eggs slow-cooked to order with our own special method.

The idea of traditional Italian and especially Roman cooking combines judiciously with Chef Luciano Sarzi Sartori’s concept of innovative gourmet cuisine. Our recipes’ local flavour is our restaurant’s pièce de résistance: Spaghetti alla Carbonara or Bombolotti Cacio e Pepe, accompanied by a generous range of Italian and Lazio wines.
