From 22nd until 24th of September,  just a few steps from St. Mark’s Square, in the heart of Venice, discover the exclusive gourmet experience proposed by the two Michelin-starred Chef Moreno Cedroni at Canova Restaurant of Luna Hotel Baglioni. Moreno Cedroni is one of the most innovative Italian Chef who brought an avant-garde spirit of Italian cooking.

The 2 Michelin-starred dinner menu proposed by Moreno Cedroni at Canova Restaurant will include:

  • Margarita
  • Roast beef: tuna tataki, meat sauce, celeriac sauce and Jerusalem artichokes baked
  • Octopus with green vegetables and bread jelly
  • White lasagna with seafood, coconut milk, parsley and lime
  • “Pluma” of Spanish wild pork, black garlic and fennel and orange sauce
  • Yogurt foam with strawberry sauce and jam
  • Tirami su with old bread , coffee ice cream and Borghetti jelly

Menu cost is Euro 90,00 per person, beverages excluded. Dinner will be served from 07.30 pm.
