Online concierge services as well as reservations are the features of the new application created by the Italian hotel chain that today is a worldwide symbol of “Made in Italy” luxury.
Baglioni Hotels will shortly be available on iTunes through its dedicated App. It will be available through a free download to those who may wish to have an exclusive guide to the main Italian cities, London or the enchanting French villages where the Baglioni Hotels are situated.
Besides the reservations and hotel services, the Baglioni Hotels App is enriched with interesting advice and special features dedicated to those who believe in the core values of Baglioni Hotels, as well as in the Italian lifestyle.
The contents have been created by professionals who have an inside knowledge of each city, helping our guests to discover the hidden secrets of their destination. In fact, the concierges of the Baglioni Hotels Collection will suggest not only restaurants, bars and boutiques but also events and shows through this App, making it unique in the hotel world.
The App has been created and realized by the web marketing company Relactions. The same company has also overseen a restyle of the Baglioni Hotels official website, making it more user friendly and illustrating it with high impact graphics.
The Baglioni Hotels Collection today has 10 properties (Milan, Venice, Florence, Punta Ala, Rome), France (Aix-en-Provence, Champillon-Epernay, Saint Paul de Vence) and UK (London). In 2013 a new hotel in Marrakech will be added, it will combine international style with the great traditions of Italian hospitality.
