Information regarding processing of personal data under the Italian Legislative Decree 196/03 (Privacy Code)

Dear Customer, in accordance with Art. 13 of the Italian Law Decree D.lgs n. 196 of 30th June 2003, bearing regulations on the protection of personal data, WE INFORM YOU THAT: a) All your personal data you provided us with, will be handled in accordance with both the aforementioned law and the privacy obligations which Baglioni Hotels have to fulfil; b) The data required by the newsletter registration form will be processed to meet your request of information on the services and products offered by our organization. c) The passing of your data we mentioned at point b) is not compulsory but if you do not agree we will not be able to comply with your information request. Baglioni Hotels must receive an explicit consent, which you will have to provide, by clicking the boxes I agree or I do not agree that you will find at the end of this text. d) In accordance with the procedure laid down by the law, we will file your information on both paper and our IT system. e) Access and handling of data are exclusively carried out by Baglioni Hotels S.p.A. operators, who have been specifically appointed for the task or by members of affiliated companies, which have been appointed for the handling of customers’ personal data, in compliance with the current Italian law on the tutelage of personal data by also adopting the safety measures mentioned in the attached document B. f) The data being processed will not be released except to people within the limits set by law.
