Italian culinary treasures dress the beautiful tables at Brunello Lounge & Restaurant: the Regina Hotel Baglioni in Rome suggests a gradual initiation to typical dishes of our country. In March there will be a number of engagements not to be missed, achieved thanks to the joint effort with the well-known “Don Alfonso 1890” restaurant and the event "Girogustando”.
March, 4th & 5th, 2011: Chef Alfonso Iaccarino – Don Alfonso restaurant
On the weekend of March 4th and 5th 2011, lovers of excellent cuisine will have their first special encounter with Mediterranean dishes: Alfonso Iaccarino, great Chef at the head of Don Alfonso 1890, will visit Regina Hotel Baglioni.
Dining guests will be amazed at the spectacular creations of the Chef, who has always worked with natural foods and respect of traditional raw materials, using only Italian prime ingredients from the family farm. Alfonso Iaccarino will be in the kitchen at the precious jewel in the Roman restaurant industry, Brunello Lounge & Restaurant.

March 30th, 2011: Siena Girogustando at Brunello Lounge & Restaurant
On March 30th the second appointment not to be missed at Regina Hotel Baglioni will be together with “Siena Girogustando”. Planned by the Federation of Shopkeepers of Siena with the Chamber of Commerce and under the patronage of the City and District, each year the event revolves around incomparable Tuscan delicacies, offered in an original way.
Beginning at 6:30p.m. in the Brunello Lounge & Restaurant, there will be several tables set up for the event dedicated to the presentation of products. Then, there will be a tasting of the dishes of the “Terre di Siena” with soft background music. Finally, there will be a magnificent dinner prepared by many Tuscan and local Chefs to end this day dedicated to a savory experience.
