Mr. Paul M. McManus to head Baglioni Hotels Advisory Board

Mr. McManus will be joined on the board by several other internationally recognized individuals, representing the hospitality industry
It has been announced today by Guido Polito and Luca Magni that Paul M. McManus has been appointed President of the Baglioni Hotels Advisory Board on Development & Strategic Positioning.
In his new advisory role with Baglioni Hotels Mr. McManus will work alongside Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Luca Magni, on brand related issues and with Vice President of Operations, Guido Polito, on all business developments and acquisitions.
Mr. McManus will be joined on the board by several other internationally recognized individuals, representing the hospitality industry.

With his wealth of experience in the luxury hotel industry Mr. McManus and the board members will assist the Baglioni ownership in formulating a strategic plan for expanding the brand.
Baglioni Hotels is based in Milan, Italy and at present has properties in Italy, France and the U.K. Hotels in Budapest, Marrakech, Dubai, Sri Lanka and Mumbai are soon to join the existing portfolio of bespoke, intimate luxury hotels.
Baglioni Hotels plan to open 15 new, luxury hotels within the next 5 years.

Paul M. McManus is Vice Chairman of Leading Ventures, LLC; the business development arm of The Leading Hotels of the World organization. Previously, Mr. McManus served as President and C.E.O. of The Leading Hotels of the World, a position he held for the past 10 years.
During his tenure as President he transformed the company from a representation model into the prestigious luxury marketing organization it is today. The company, under Mr. McManus’s direction launched several joint venture companies and ancillary businesses including Leading Quality Assurance and Leading Residences of the World.
Currently Leading Hotels represents more than 450 of the finest luxury hotels, resorts and spas in the world.
