Two Hotels in the Collection ranked amongst the best in the world
Again this year, the American magazine Travel & Leisure drew up the prestigious T+L ranking: World’s Best Hotels 2009, with a selection of the 500 best hotels in the world.
Important news for 2009 is the mention received by the Grand Hotel Baglioni in Bologna, which achieved 10th place in the ranking of the best hotels in Europe. The hotel is particularly valued for its frescoes by the Carracci family, precious marbles and wide corridors, as well as the unique experiences that it is able to offer, such as lessons in Bolognese cooking with the famous “Cesarine” cooks.
The Luna Hotel Baglioni in Venice again confirms its presence within the ranking of the best hotels in Europe this year. Situated a stone’s throw from Piazza San Marco, the hotel boasts the splendid Salone Marco Polo with frescoes from the Tiepolo school and a renowned restaurant, Canova.
