Great hotel in Florence. I stayed at this hotel for one night after there was a problem with my reservation at another hotel. I had no problems checking in and the staff were very accommodating, but maybe a little unfriendly. The room was very nice, and quite a good size for a single traveller. The bathroom was also quite large compared to other hotels which was a nice change. The hotel was very clean and comfortable with everything you can expect from a 4 star hotel. The hotel also had a nice restaurant with quiet good food, and room service was prompt. My only issued was that no body picked up the phone when I wanted to order room service (which was unusual at 8pm) so i had to physically go down and order from the restaurant which was a little bit annoying as it kind of defeats the purpose. The hotel was also great in arranging my visit to the Uffizi gallery at quite a short notice which resulted in me not having to wait in lines at all. All in all i would recommend this hotel to anyone and had quite a pleasant stay.

Perfect break. My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week over Christmas and New Year. Firstly, the location of the hotel is excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The rooms were lovely and the breakfast room stunning. We stayed in the hotel for New Years Eve - the meal and entertainment were brilliant. I hightly recommend the hotel.
