Gastronomy, butcher’s, bistrot and cookery school, the Accademia dei Palati is a one-of-a-kind Florentine entity.
Its products are rigorously selected and of superior quality: here you can find fois gras, caviar, the best cheeses from around the world, salami, cold meats and extra virgin olive oils.
The wine shop counts more than 200 labels of spumante, champagne, Italian, French, German and American wine, as well as a wide selection of spirits and beers.
The bistrot is open from lunchtime until 2 pm, however there are often evening events and wine-tasting sessions as well as cookery and wine-tasting courses.
