Situated in Via dei Georgofili near the Uffizi Gallery, 'INO is a grocery store, a wine shop and, in somewhat reductive and misleading terms, a “paninoteca” – or sandwich bar.
In reality it is a place of where the classic “sandwich” is researched, experimented and ennobled.
A gourmet workshop for the designer sandwich that only selects and uses the best Italian and international ingredients, in unprecedented combinations. Some examples? The tuna porchetta (flavoured with seasoning and herbs and roasted) sandwich with raspberry and ginger sauce, or the ciabatta with Cremona IGP salami, fresh green pecorino cheese, candied peppers and lettuce.
‘INO also stocks a wide variety of luncheon meats, salami, cheese, jams and preserves, wines and gourmet products from the best Italian producers.
