La Bottega del Cioccolato, Florence
Managed by Andrea Bianchini, talented pastry chef and master chocolatier, the Bottega del Cioccolato was established in Florence as a workshop in 2004, with head office in Via de' Macci.
Following its great success, an elegant boutique was opened in Via Gioberti.
In addition to the extraordinary variety of chocolates and pralines, La Bottega del Cioccolato also offers dry biscuits, cakes, and chocolate bars in interesting combinations, such as white chocolate and green Matcha tea.
Each year, Andrea Bianchini proposes extraordinary collections of cakes, including traditional cakes and typical Florentine cakes such as Schiacciata (sweet flat bread) and Castagnaccio (chestnut cake).
