Founded by Fabio Picchi, chef and owner of the Cibreo and Cibreino restaurants, and the actress Maria Crassi, the Teatro del Sale is without doubt one of the most original restaurants in Florence.
Here you can savour excellent buffet dinners and then enjoy a dance, cabaret, theatrical or musical performance.
The eclectic Picchi usually grandly announces each dish that is proposed in a histrionic setting of conviviality.
As this is a private club an annual subscription is required, which can be done on the spot. Due to the limited numbers of tables available, it is advisable to sign up in advance to gain direct access to the restaurant directly on your subsequent visit.
The entrance price includes the buffet and ticket for the show.
