The first and now historic Japanese restaurant in Florence, Momoyama has been maintained its sophisticated, elite style for more than a decade.
A modern and refined setting, with delicate colours such as ivory and natural materials such as beech wood, Momoyama proposes a Japanese menu with a touch of fusion cuisine.
The two-storey establishment with external seating area has an open kitchen from which diners can see the chef prepare sushi and sashimi on the spot.
The menu is extremely varied and rich, and includes a vast selection of soups and tempura in addition to the classic maki, teriyaki and nigiri.
Japanese beers and rare sake is also available in addition to the well-stocked wine list.
