The young owners, Marco and Martina Baldesi and Stefano Sebastiani, propose a cuisine that ranges from the most classic Tuscan traditions to vegetarian dishes with a wide selection of cheeses, Umbrian pork products and a wine list with more than 100 labels, most of which are also available by the glass.
