New Year's Eve Menu
Welcome aperitif with Champagne & Sushi and tempura
Lobster medallion, artichoke soup and yogurt mousse with ginger
Potato tortelloni with truffle, scallop stew with chives
Porcini mushrooms cream and bread croutons flavored with rosemary
White codfish steak with a selection of conflit vegetables
Beef-steak Rossini style with timbale of potatoes and thyme cream
Sweet chestnut and lemon cake with pistachio cream and petals of candied flowers

After midnight: Cotechino (typical festive season Italian pork sausage) with lentils from Castelluccio, pumpkin mustard and Mugello chestnuts cream
  

The gala dinner will be accompanied by live music and a deejay to follow
