The restaurant of the Relais Santa Croce in Florence conserves a passion for Tuscan cuisine, an ancient tradition which still today never ceases to enchant the most demanding of palates with its constant search for new, genuine aromas and flavours.
The Guelfi e Ghibellini restaurant’ culinary offer has a distinctive Mediterranean character and marked attention to Tuscan wines and gastronomic specialities, a perfect blend of the memory and rediscovery of the area’s cuisine.
The kitchen has a staff of young professionals who are motivated by, and pay careful attention to, the ever-more demanding requests of today’s clientele; traditional Tuscan recipes are transformed- strictly by hand- into creative compositions of high gastronomy, including the bread, pasta and naturally the entire pastry-making process.
The strictly seasonal à la carte menu is updated every three months and enriched daily with alternative dishes which include the early produce available on the local markets.
