Royal Albert Hall Christmas Festival
13/12/2012 - 24/12/2012
The London Royal Albert Hall hosts the Christmas Festival between December 13th and 24th.
Twelve days dedicated to the Great Christmas Classics, with as many concerts, and Christmas choirs.
The most important choirs in the United Kingdom will be performing, including the Royal Choral Society, the London Concert Chorus or the City of London Choir.
Among the main events it is worth noting the 14th and 15th December which will present three choirs (Goldsmith Coral Union, Highgate Choral Society, English Concert Chorus), for a total of 500 voices accompanied by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, which will perform the Messiah together with four soloists.
On 17th December, the Royal Choral Society will play the famous Christmas carols while the evocative candle lit Christmas music concerts, performed by the Choir and the Orchestra of the Mozart Festival, in nineteenth century attire will be performed on 16th, 22nd, 23rd and 24th December.
