To celebrate Christmas, Winter Wonderland, the festive fair that really does transform Hyde Park into a wonderland, is back once again this year.
From 18th November 2011 to 3rd January 2012 in Hyde Park, visitors can skate on the large open-air ice rink, buy gifts from the Tyrolese Christmas Market stalls, admire the city from the giant observation wheel measuring some 53 metres or have fun on the numerous rides.
There is obviously a major focus on children, who can have their photos taken with Father Christmas or enjoy the clown and acrobatic shows, but also for an adult audience, who can choose between numerous attractions, ranging from engaging Christmas carols to Zippo's Cirque Extreme, which brings together the best circus performers from around the world in breathtaking magic, acrobatic and contortionist acts.
