Pub The Grenadier, London
Situated between Wilton Mews and Old Barrack Yard, The Grenadier is one of the most picturesque pubs in London, with an authentic link to the history of England.
In fact, this very pub was once the mess of the Duke of Wellington’s Grenadier Guards.
The red, white and blue and the memorabilia on display attest to the historic pub’s military and patriotic links, a pub that is reputed to be haunted by the ghost of at least one soldier.
In addition to the excellent draught beer of strictly British production, and its excellent Bloody Mary, The Grenadier also stocks a small selection of wines and hot meals, such as Fillet of Wellington Beef.
