The Spice Shop, London
The Spice Shop, with the most extensive range of spices in all of Great Britain, can be found between Portobello Road and Blenheim Crescent in London.
Founded in 1995 by Birgit Erath, who travelled extensively in Asia and South Africa in search of the very best spices, the shop is now run by her son Philip.
It would be impossible to list all the products on display, so to give you some idea, the shop stocks 22 varieties of pepper, around twenty types of chilli peppers, around 50 different curry blends and five types of salt - to mention but a few.
