We stayed at the Baglioni for four days the first part of May and weI would highly recommend the hotel. The location was terrific; but the service was outstanding. We were upgraded at check-in; provided with car service to an attraction we mentioned, and received outstanding dining recommendations from the conceirge staff, Max and Bill. The staff made our trip to London very comfortable; it was a great spot to come back to at the end of busy days.

A lastminute.com 2 for 1 deal for my sister's Christmas present and it was the best experience I could've hoped for. Ignoring the snooty concierce in the hotel reception, the door man was welcoming and the Spa staff outdone themselves. Having travelled 2 hours for our treatment we actually ended up being about 40 minutes late but the staff were extremely gracious to say the least, very friendly and welcoming plus we were still treated to 1 1/2 hours of pure bliss with facials, body wraps and deep tissue massages. 'The best massage I've ever had' was my sister's parting comment. I can see Courtney has had plenty of compliments already and I would only add to them as well as complimenting the lady who greeted us at the door for her no fuss, relaxed, easy and friendly approach. It is a small spa and there is no pool but it more than makes up for it with genuinely friendly staff and kindly treatment. I had never heard of the Baglioni nor seen any reviews before going. Our visit was only last weekend and the Spa has recently changed hands with seemingly much impoved results. I would certainly recommend this to any number of people looking for that something special. It is also very well located next to Hyde Park and a whole range of shops plus Harrods is not too far away. Well worth a visit!

We stayed in a Junior Suite at the Baglioni for 4 nights after our flight was cancelled due to the Icelandic volcano ash cloud. The hotel is beautiful. The entire staff was amazing. Having a butler and chauffeur driven Jaguar at our disposal was great. The best amenity might be that there are 110V plugs at the desk in the room. Being an Italian hotel, the pasta dishes were some of the best we have ever had. The concierge was extremely helpful with information about the local area. We have seen some reviews giving poor marks for the Spa. To that we say the name is Baglioni Hotel, not Baglioni Hotel and Spa or Baglioni Spa. My girlfriend is very picky about service and cleanliness and had a wonderful experience in the spa. While the facility is not huge nor does it have a lot of services/amenities, what they did provide was first class. Overall a wonderful experience and we would recommend to all.

We had an extended stay at the hotel due to the ash cloud (which never came!). The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Nothing and I mean nothing was too much trouble. All the staff had a smile which made all my kids feel very happy. I managed to escape to their lovely boutique spa and had a great massage from Kat (firm hands!). We loved the fact that it was 5 star but not over the top (Italian style). Can't wait to stay again when next in Europe.

I stayed at the Baglioni for one night whilst on business. I found it very comfortable, great service as you would expect. The spa was surprisingly good too, definitely worth booking a massage during your stay. Beautiful location, easy to get to, will certainly consider staying again if on business in that area.

My wife and I were both celebrating our birthdays on the same day and I had booked Baglioni for the night before through LHW. Despite there being no-one on the door at our arrival (the only time during our stay when there was no-one there), we were given a very warm welcome by the front desk staff who wished us happy birthday and upgraded us to a courtyard suite. A tray of petit fours and a complementary bottle of wine awaited us there, which we thought was great. We then went out for dinner. On our return we were very surprised and delighted to find a birthday cake had been made and delivered to the suite too! Quite unexpected. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel since we were going out for lunch to Le Gavroche and didn't want to spoil our appetites. A fantastic stay, sadly only for a night. Some may find (and I believe some have, reading the reviews) the hotel too full of dark colours, but I rather liked it. Also liked the plumbed in espresso machine in the suite - took full advantage!

I first stayed at the Baglioni, because of its location over looking the Hyde Park and around the corner from SHOPPING, but this hotel has changed the meaning of services, as soon as you get out of the cab you are greeted as if returning home. The concierge was outstanding, room services is great, house keeping was like I have never seen before. I have returned 3 times during this year, and I am planning to have this as my home away from home. The rooms were very nice, but the decor which i love, but not be to every ones liking.

No doubt the London Baglioni is a hotel we would not hesitate to recommend. The service is discrete, down stated and classy- which we very much like- yet all needs are attended within minutes they are formulated. The personnel is courteous and genuinely preoccupied by the customers well being. We found that all members of the personnel were always smiling (may it be at the front door, the front desk or the house keeping). The concierge that greeted us was jovial and friendly and the hotel manager was absolutely charming. Lobby: all the materials used are of a fine quality, the chairs are very comfortable and the choice of colors very classic and tasteful. We feel the Italian chic. The first room we were in was very romantic and spacey. We came in with many suitcases and had plenty of space to "hide" all of our belongings. We felt we were in a small romantic apartment. The bathroom is practical, spacey and the bath is truly perfect for bath lovers (much better than we usually find)-my wife appreciated that feature very much. The second room was spacious (high ceiling) and the view makes it even more grandiose. As to the decor, we found the rooms to be classic and not overstated. The rich colors of the quality fabrics mixed to the dark wood floors become a peaceful little hideaway after touring the big city all day. We found that the rooms were very silent and isolated from noise. We did not ate at Brunello so can't comment on it. Finally, the fact that the hotel is in front of Hyde Park, minutes away from the metro station and in a nice residential area makes its location enviable. We certainly recommend anyone to stay at Baglioni London.

From the first moment that we entered the Baglioni everything thoroughly exceeded our expectations. We had booked an executive room but were given an upgrade to a suite - thank you very much. All the staff that we encountered were friendly, efficient and professional ,the suite was fantastic with quality fixtures. We ate in the Brunello Restaurant where the food was exceptional and the waiters were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was an excellent and relaxing experience with flawless service again. Overall a great Italian luxury experience in London - we will definitely be returning.

I work for unichef sri lanka and having being in Sri Lanka for some time, we headed back home to see my parents and stayed one night at the hotel since we had to catch up on our flight to Manchester. The hotel was great, cosy rooms and clean. The service was excellent. Good location in London to get anywhere. The food was really good, we enjoyed it very much. I can recommend this hotel for anyone looking for accomodation in London.

Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of London. Great location, wonderful staff & service, very comfortable & stylish rooms, superb cocktails! The Concierge was wonderful & got me an impossible (large) table at Hakkassan for Saturday night! The complimentary Jaguar car service was great as well having driven my wife all over the place. Free high speed wireless & full movie entertainment in room was great. The spa is great too! Will be back for sure!

Totally amazing! My partner and I stayed here once before and had quite a nightmare due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel offered us a free one nights stay as compensation so I decided to reserve my judgement until I had taken the free one nights stay. Well I am very glad I waited, we had originally booked a standard room and were upgraded to a Junior Suite, all I can say is amazing, there was a bottle of champagne on ice waiting for us and the most gorgeous chocolates (which I broke my diet for). The room was very spacious with a walk in wardrobe and a huge bathroom suite, the bed was very comfortable, our only issue was the pillows, the two on the bed were very soft and there was only one spare pillow which was rock hard. I suppose I could have called down for more pillows but the champagne had left me a bit tipsy ! The staff could not do enough for us and were very pleasant and very helpful. I will definitely be returning to the hotel and I would definitely highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay in a central location.

One of the best hotel experience. Spent four nights at the Baglioni hotel. We have received a warm welcome and the front office staff was so kind that we decided to pay extra money for a suite they offered, even if my girlfriend was not sure about it. But the service we received was top class and when we entered the room....WOW! She is still thanking me for the money well spent! You have a butler at disposal and the concierge was absolutely helpful reccomending all the best spots (and offering a free car ride with driver to Harrods.....a Jaguar car...again...WOW). After a long day in the city we decided to have a massage in the spa. Fantastic! Staff is very polite and make you feel really at home. We had dinner at the restaurant since we had an early departure the following day. Delicious food (italian, of course), impeccable service and a cool ambience. Definitely our hotel in London!

My wife and I stayed for one night at the Baglioni Hotel and Spa in London for my wife's birthday. On arrival in the gorgeous lobby (which has gold leaf everywhere but still looks great not gaudy) we were pleasantly surprised we had been upgraded from a standard room to a junior suite facing Kensington Park! All this without having even mentioning before that it was my wife's birthday that day. The reception desk staff were very friendly and welcoming greeting me by name and one of them showed us up to our room in order to describe all of the facilities. The corridor to the room was lined with very soft plush carpet and the bedroom door is quite fancy (black leather and very solid) with a swipe-card system. The junior suite had a corridor leading into a living room with a desk and sofa/armchair and a tv and excellent espresso machine! A door lead off to the bathroom and one to the bedroom. The bathroom was fine although I would have preferred one sink rather than two but shouldn't complain! The bedroom was nicely decorated and the bed very comfortable. The room itself would probably have been a bit small if we did not have the lounge area too. We had a great view from the window over Kensington Park. That night we had cocktails in the bar with some friends and found the drinks, service and atmosphere to all be excellent. The next morning we used the spa for a massage and facial (on a 2 for 1 offer from Lastminute) and I thoroughly enjoyed it although my wife didn't enjoy her's as much - down to the people we had doing them I guess. Throughout the day the hotel staff would always greet you politely and would smile at you which was a nice touch. Overall, service was some of the best I have had at any hotel in the world - my only regret is not trying out their Italian restaurant too. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking to impress their other half. Oh yes, and how I could forget to mention that in the evening we came back to our room to find a lovely chocolate, cream and fresh fruit birthday cake had been left for my wife! The finishing touch to a perfect stay. Well done guys - this is how a hotel should be!

Great Experience. The Baglioni Hotel was a great Hotel! It was very clean and the staff was very accomidating. It is directly across from Kensington Palace and there are shops and restaurants down the street from the hotel A tour company's bus picks up right down from the hotel. And it is within walking distance of the British Natural History Museum. The only problem that the hotel had and they said they are correcting is that they don't have wi-fi in the rooms only in the lobby and it is spotty. But overall a great hotel and only a short cab ride from the action.
