Studio Treccani – Corrente Foundation, Milan

Located in Studio in Via Carlo Porta in Milan, the suggestive Casa delle Rondini, so-called on account of its façade that is fully adorned with polychrome majolicas by Ernesto Treccani, houses the Studio Treccani and the Corrente Foundation.

The Studio Treccani contains a collection of 248 paintings, drawings, engravings, fired enamels, sculptures, and ceramics that document the entire artistic career of Ernesto Treccani, whose original atelier remains intact.

The Corrente Foundation is a cultural centre that comprises a library, a sound archive, and a photographic archive that document all the events held in this space from 1978 to date. It is also used as a venue for temporary exhibits that change over the course of the year.
The library also contains all the documentation recording the life and works of Ernesto Treccani.

Opening hours: Tuesday to Thursday from 9am - 12.30pm and from 3pm -6:30, and Friday from 3pm – 6.30pm.

The Studio can also be visited outwith these hours by appointment.
