Bice Restaurant, Milan
A historic establishment in Milan, Bice was the first restaurant to integrate elements of regional Tuscan cuisine and soon become a regular rendezvous for artists and show business celebrities.
Specialising in salad and fish dishes, it also serves first courses including handmade pasta, soups and risottos.
The menu successfully combines elements of Tuscan, Milanese and Italian cuisine, such as Tuscan-style Pasta e Fagioli (Pasta and bean soup), Milanese Risotto with Saffron Pistils and Genovese-style Porcini Mushroom Caps.
Be sure to try the risotto with fresh crescenza cheese and pears.
