Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia Restaurant, Milan

After a long apprentiship that he began at the tender age of 13, Aimo Moroni is now one Milan’s most famous Chefs. The proud owner of one Michel Star, he is highly acclaimed both in Italy and abroad.

The exclusive tables in this restaurant which seats 40, boast precious Rosenthal chinaware, Christofle cutlery and fine Spiegelau crystal.

The kitchen recreates some of the great classics of Italian regional cuisine with an original twist, as well as a selection of the very highest quality Italian products and ingredients.

The menu includes dishes such as “Sanremo purple prawns marinated in orange with Savoy cabbage heart and salad of turnip top sprouts and new oil”, “Crispy Cinta senese pork with ivy honey with quince jam with Swiss chard and ham tart”, “Fresh durum wheat fusilli with Venus clams, Taranto mussels, Apulian dried tomatoes and crusty Forbello citron bread”.

The tasting menu, which varies according to the ingredients selected by the Chef, is an absolute must.

The Wine list, with more than 200 primarily Italian and French wines, is also worthy of note.
