Tonnarelli cacio e pepe (Tonnarelli pasta with cheese and pepper), Mezzemaniche all'Amatriciana, abbacchio (suckling lamb), Carciofi alla romana (Roman artichokes), Puntarelle con le alici (Chicory and anchovy salad), as well as classic regional recipes such as Rigatoni alla Norma or Linguine al pesto.
Bread is strictly home baked and the extra virgin olive oil is excellent; even the simplest of recipes is lovingly prepared with attention to every detail.
The Tiramisù al bicchiere and the Ricotta and pear tart are well worth a try.
