La Rosetta Restaurant, Rome
Inaugurated in 1966, Ristorante la Rosetta was Rome’s first fish restaurant.
Managed by Chef Massimo Riccioli, the menu offers a dynamic Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on high quality, fresh ingredients.
The fish is freshly delivered every evening from Latium ports, and is then enhanced and interpreted by a chef committed to achieving an inspirational evolution of flavour.
The menu is based on seasonal products.
The oysters selection (Belon, Perle Blanche and Fines de Binic) is especially popular, as are local specialities such as the Clam Risotto and the Spring onion cream with coriander, the Buckwheat spaghetti with red prawns, the broad beans and salted ricotta and the Fillet of Mullet with sage and artichokes.
