Rosa Salva Patisserie, Venice
Founded in 1879, the Rosa Salva Patisserie is one of the most famous in Venice and boasts a vast selection of home-made cakes and savoury treats.
Over its many years of history, the patisserie has had the honour of serving princes, kings and heads of state.
The petit-four and flans are an absolute must, but the small pizzas and savoury croissants are delicious and perfect for a quick snack or to be washed down with an aperitif.
