I experienced a gorgeous time during the Carnival, especially the Moon Masquerade Party was fabulous! Only one thing I annoyed was this; the Reservation No.3593772, 3 nights, 1 Junior suite Lagoon View, American breakfast included. But later I noticed the invoice that breakfast fee was added as 80EUR every day for 2 people. We have just made reservation for the Bagloni London Hotel next March, I have to check the payment again.

We would like to thank the staff at the Luna Baglioni Hotel in Venice for our wonderful days there this January! We had a terrific time! It was the first time we took our kids to Europe and luckily we chose your hotel! You all made us feel very welcome, you saw to all our needs. Mr. Antonio, the concierge, was specially helpful and attentive and we will never forget him! We are insisting with my Mother to stay at the hotel when she travels next September to Venice. She is going on a honeymoon Crystal Cruise and we will let you know when she arrives. She was a widow and now that she found love again, she has to celebrate in Venice, and more so at the Luna Baglioni! Thank you all very much for making our stay unforgettable!

Venice is a wonderful place to celebrate New Years and the Luna Hotel Baglioni made it that much better. We enjoyed our stay with our 14 year old son and small cat. This hotel is located so perfectly and is beautiful. The hotel staff is very helpful and kind. This is the first time staying at this hotel after 25+ times in Venice but it has become our hotel of choice. Thank you and Happy New Year Luna!

“Exquisite, perfect location” We stayed here for 3 nights. One of the loveliest hotels I've ever seen. Very old Venice with beautiful furnishings but not overdone. Room 252 is a treasure. Located about 100 feet from San Marco Sq. and equal distance to Harry's Bar. Pricey but well worth it.

“Best dinner of our lives!” We stayed at this hotel to celebrate our 31 year anniversary and to renew our wedding vows in Venice! We stayed in the Tiepolo Grand Lagoon Suite and it was absolutely fabulous! Two separate rooms, a bedroom and living room separated by double doors for privacy. Both rooms were very large and beautifully furnished. A very large bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combination. The terrace was absolutely perfect and was larger than the room. It overlooked the grand canal with beautiful views! The most impressive thing about this hotel was their food and beverage manager, Rami Hamam! I had arranged a surprise private dinner and wine pairing on our terrace of the suite with Mr. Hamam prior to arriving in Venice. Mr. Hamam arranged for a harpist to play for us, had two servers that waited on us for our every need AND he himself greeted us and stayed with us throughout the entire evening to ensure that everything was perfect! The food and the wine were excellent and the service was absolutely outstanding! Thanks to Mr. Hamam, my husband and I renewed our wedding vows in the perfect place, with a perfect meal, beautiful music and perfect service! We will definitely return to this hotel. If you can afford it, stay in the Tiepolo Suite but DEFINITELY ask for Mr. Hamam if you visit their restaurant or have any special requests! He is sure to make your dreams come true!

Excellent location and facilities. Qulaity transfer from Marco Polo airport to Hotel by Merc 4WD then beautiful private boatride. Enjoyed a gondola ride organised through the hotel but was slightly disappointed that it was only 30 minutes. Staff were excellent without exception. Overall great few days, thank you.

“An Amazing Time”. We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Luna Baglioni. We stayed in a Junior Suite for 3 nights and it was just perfect. Our room was beautiful, the food was delicious and all the staff were absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to make every moment of our stay special. We were celebrating my 50th birthday and was delighted with the complimentary bottle of champage from the hotel (it went down a treat)! Our only regret was that our stay was not long enough.

“Beautiful Hotel steps to all the "must see " places”. There aren't enough positive adjectives to describe how beautiful and well run this hotel is. The location is perfect. The staff are excellent. My picture was taken across the canal from the hotel. I hope to be back someday.

“WOW!!!!!” We went to Venice on vacation and after much deliberation, finally chose the Luna Baglioni. We were thrilled! The place is stunning, and, like most of the Venitians, the staff is so warm and friendly- everyone greeting you with a smile and by your name. As fun as it is to walk around and spend the day is Venice, we also couldnt wait to get back to the hotel. I would like to add that we eat food that complies with strict religious dietary laws, and therefore brought our own food. For a small fee, the hotel was very accommodating to us allowing us to store the food in the hotel freezer and warming it up in the hotel oven. The hotel offers a free water taxi every half hour to and from the island of Murano. If you would like to take the trip yourself, I would assume that at most every two taxis leaves the hotel empty- so if there are people going, just wait for the next one. Also, a guide will give you a free tour of the glass factory when you're there in hopes that you'll buy something very over-priced from their showrooms. The pieces are really beautiful! WE LOVE THE LUNA BAGLIONI!!!!

We travelled to Venice with our two kids to celebrate the birthday of our daughter. The Luna hotel was a great place to stay. Great location, a step from San Marco and by the canal with gondolas and taxis at your footsteps. Our rooms were splendidly decorated, with fancy finishings and a wonderful bathroom with double sinks and plenty of amenities and towels. The rooms are indeed a bit hot, but there are limitations to what one can expect in this old old city, just a small crack in the window and we were fine. The staff was very kind and arranged for a lovely dinner at their restaurant - they even baked a special cake for our kid and sang happy birthday with us. We got complimentary fruit , drinks (try the Bellini) and divine chocolates. Front desk staff was very happy and spoke English and Portuguese (!). The breakfast saloon is beautiful and the selections tasteful, they even get special treats for the little kids, not something easily found in Europe. They sent someone to pick us up at the train station and moved us to the hotel quite easily. We would gladly come back and recommend it to our friends.

“MERVEILLEUX”. Nous revenons d'un séjour d'une semaine dans cet hôtel où tout a été parfait. Notre chambre était très vaste et magnifique. Le petit déjeuner offre un large choix sucré et salé d'excellente qualité, présenté dans une salle au décor grandiose. Tout le personnel est attentionné et très aimable. Quant à la situation, elle est idéale, à quelques pas de la place St Marc. Le Luna Baglioni est un véritable 5 étoile luxe et nous y retournerons avec un immense plaisir lors de notre porchain voyage à Venise.

Oh my god - amazing and luxurious. Beautiful hotel, best location, rooms are gorgeous and spacious, a true 5 star hotel, staff courteous and helpful, food lovely, breakfast room stunning, will definitely go back and stay here!
