Educated at the Ecole Hôtelière de Monaco, our Chef started his career in Corsica, he then moved to Switzerland followed by a spell onboard the ocean liner Mermoz (within the team managed by Jean – Louis Abauzit). On returning home he joined Jean-Pierre Pestre (awarded Meilleur Ouvrier de France) at the Vista Palace, Monaco as Second Chef.
His next position was with Frédéric Milan at the superb Chateau de Mirambeau.
Today and since 2003, Chef Gavot runs the Villa Gallici restaurant where every day he is able to display his considerable talents to the most discerning clients.
