Luxury with an Italian touch - the essence of Baglioni Hotels.

The Baglioni Hotels group began in 1973 when Roberto Polito bought his first property in Tuscany, the hotel Cala del Porto at Punta Ala. Roberto Polito is an enthusiastic entrepreneur as well as a sophisticated connoisseur whose love for quality is shown in his warm hospitality.

Baglioni Hotels group currently consists of 14 hotels, four of which have been classed ‘Leading Hotels of the World' and there are also 5, enchanting, Relais & Châteaux in France.

All of the hotels can be found in the most exclusive and attractive destinations such as Via Veneto in Rome, Via della Spiga in Milan, by St Mark's Square in Venice, beside Piazza della Signoria in Florence, Piazza Indipendenza in Bologna and in the heart of London, close to Kensington Palace with views of Hyde Park.
The Baglioni Italian Style is based on its love of art, culture, music, good food and excellent wines all accompanied by a warm and friendly welcome. This philosophy of life represents the concept of luxury provided by Baglioni Hotels…. luxury experienced through living and not just ‘appearance’. It is about finding ‘true’ beauty, appreciating real personal experiences and enhancing knowledge of places already visited and those newly discovered.

Staying at a Baglioni Hotel is a bit like staying in an Italian home where you cannot wait to greet your friends! A great deal of preparation goes into welcoming our return guests to ensure that their personal tastes are catered for and new clients are greeted with typical warm, Italian hospitality.
Our management and staff are extremely professional and dedicated to providing an attentive, personal service which is both tailored to individual guest needs and respectful of the differences in culture.
In 2004, Baglioni opened a new contemporary style of hotel in London which has received high praise from a very discerning clientele.
This high fashion design concept has been developed and launched by Guido Polito and Luca Magni, the next generation of the Baglioni family. Guido Polito is Vice President whose responsibilities lie in supervising the level of quality and the way in which the hotel operates. Luca Magni is Vice President and he is responsible for developing the Baglioni brand as well as Sales and Marketing.
But the story does not finish there…. there are plans to open more hotels in other international cities over the next two years.
