Bookings
For any bookings, enquiry or reservations please call +44 (0)20 7368 5923 or extension 5923 from your hotel room.
In-Room services
We can provide in-room treatments at an additional charge of £45 per hour.
Cancellation
We kindly require our guests to give 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment or a full charge will be applied.
Credit card details are required at the time of booking.
Service Charge
Please note that a discretionary 12,5% service charge will be added to your bill.
Gift Certificates
An ideal gift for spa enthusiasts, gift certificates are available at the Rejuvenation Spa at Baglioni Hotel. Choose a Full or Half Day Package, a Signature ritual or even a spa hamper with our exclusive spa offering.
Advance Bookings
We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service is available.
Spa Etiquette
Our spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity.
Spa Arrival
We recommend that you arrive at the Spa Reception at least 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment as this allows us to have a brief discussion with you about your treatment and so that you can reach optimum relaxation using the heat experiences located in the male and female changing areas. Kindly inform the spa if you wish to use the steam room prior to your treatment. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.
Age Requirement
The minimum age requirement for access to the Spa is 16.
Health Conditions
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or treatments when making your spa reservation.
Pregnancy Loss or Damage
We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please allow the Spa Concierge to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables locked in the safe provided in your locker during your visit.
