The Bernini Palace, the only property owned by Baglioni Group’s in Florence, boasts the versatile and innovative Brunello Lounge & Restaurant. An ideal meeting point for a snack or an aperitif, a place to enjoy a meal with state-of-the-art design as a backdrop, in an intimate atmosphere.The new Lounge Bar is an exclusive space where guests can try mouth-watering canapés, sip delicious cocktails and relax in luxurious, contemporary surroundings. Brunello Lounge is also a restaurant, offering culinary delicacies from both the local and national tradition, all of them masterly prepared by Walter Ferrario.
Our chef has designed a great menu featuring authentic Tuscan flavours: using the very best produce available, each dish is masterfully reinterpreted and beautifully presented. The menu changes on a monthly basis and with the seasons and combines Italian and international cuisine.
At Brunello, every afternoon, tea is served together with delicious sweets and cakes, all carefully prepared by our chef.
