The Jacobelli distillery produces handmade spirits and liqueurs in accordance with age-old recipes passed down from generation to generation.
The Limoncello, made from Argentario lemon, the traditional Rosolio, obtained from an infusion of rose petals, the Mirto di Maremma, the Nocino and the Liquorice liqueur are just some of its specialities.
However its flagship product is the Grappa del Buttero, a very pure grappa distilled from select Maremma grapes.
The Amaro Etrusco, a sweet herb-based liqueur, is particularly interesting and is an excellent digestive.
Its recipe is a closely-guarded secret.
