The buffet service is a fun alternative to a traditional seated service: aperitifs, hors d’oeuvres and desserts make up the buffet, while only the main dishes, such as first courses and fish or meat second courses are served by waiters. Skilled Regina Hotel Baglioni patisserie chefs create wedding cakes in a range of colours, shapes and sizes: a single, large cake, a number of small cakes or a cake buffet, based on the formula that most closely reflects the bride and groom’s personalities.
Finally, after a long evening of celebrations, a “gourmand” break that doubles up as a “sweet” farewell to the bride and groom will be much appreciated by your Guests.
