Located on Via del Campidoglio, in the centre of Florence, La Bottega di Rosa is a warm and welcoming little restaurant that offers new classic ingredients from the Florentine tradition interpreted with great creativity.
The restaurant has been divided into two distinct spaces. The first is set out as a shop, where food products may be purchased and single portions may also be eaten in an informal environment.
The second, on two levels, is instead a true restaurant, open for lunch and dinner.
Indirect lighting, dark wood panelling and candles make the atmosphere warm, relaxing and charming.
Among the dishes served there are the classic Polpettine con salsa al pomodoro [Meatballs in Tomato Sauce], Soufflé di caprino con crema di carciofi e petto d’oca affumicato [Goat Cheese Soufflé with Cream of Artichokes and Smoked Duck Breast], Ravioli all’anatra, agnello con cuori di carciofo e crema di piselli alla menta [Duck Ravioli, Lamb with Artichoke Hearts and Cream of Fresh Peas with Mint].
The wine list offers a fine choice of labels primarily from Italy, to which there have been added some from France and the rest of the world.
