In Borgo degli Albizi, in the Florence historical centre, Vestri Cioccolato d’Autore offers ultra-high quality chocolate and gelato.
The cacao used, in fact, comes directly from a “finca” [plantation farm] in Punta Cana, uncontaminated island between the Andes mountain range and the Caribbean Sea, which the Vestri family purchased specifically for the cultivation of the most highly valued varieties of cacao.
In this manner the entire supply/production chain is controlled to the very last detail, thus obtaining chocolate of the highest quality, used for making bars, pralines, biscuits and very fine gelatos.
