Established in 1979, Cibrèo is a fixture in the Florentine restaurant scene, known for Chef Fabio Picchi’s inspired culinary verve. He and his sons have always worked with local farmers and fishermen to select only the finest ingredients. With his passion for the fruits of the vineyard and the olive grove, he has become an ambassador for Tuscan culture.

In the capable company of a Cibrèo Academy chef, you’ll start with a visit to Sant’Ambrogio food market to choose some delicacies for your dishes. Then it’s back to the Academy to cook a selection of traditional Tuscan recipes and finally to savour what you have created!
