Starting from the hotel, we head towards the park of Villa Borghese. A unique training that comes from the study of Yoga and Postural techniques and gym exercises.

Running is the simplest of sports but it is important to know how to run well to prevent injuries and to optimize your training to the fullest.

An integrated Total Body workout to have a tonic and snappy body safeguarding posture, muscle balance and increasing cardiovascular capacity.
