May 26, 2021 [Milan] – Gismondi 1754 Group (AIM ticker: GIS), the historic brand from Genoa, which has produced high-end jewelry for seven generations, announces a new framework agreement (signed May 24, 2021) with the Baglioni Hotels & Resorts, the only Italian luxury hospitality brand operating prestigious hotels and resorts in historic buildings in the leading art cities in Italy and Europe and other exclusive destinations around the globe.
Gismondi 1754 To Become Baglioni Brand’s In-House Jeweler
In this partnership, as previewed in the management report from financial statements dated 12/31/2020, Gismondi 1754 will be the in-house jeweler at all Baglioni Hotels & Resorts locations. The first Gismondi 1754 store opens on June 1 at the Baglioni Resort Sardinia in San Teodoro near the splendid Lu Impostu beach.
In January 2022, a second store will open at Baglioni Hotel Regina on Rome’s prestigious Via Veneto, followed by a presence at the other Baglioni Collection locations, including Baglioni Hotel Luna Venice, Baglioni Maldives Luxury All-inclusive, and Palazzo Firenze Florence in Florence. There will be a total of 8 outlets worldwide.
The brand’s collections will also appear at future Baglioni hotels and resorts opening in Milan, New York, and Paris, in line with the Group’s vigorous development plan.
Additional Projects With The Two Brands
There will also be several co-branding projects. Each Baglioni property will host several exclusive jewels, which will only be available at those locations. The home pages of the Baglioni Hotels & Resorts and Gismondi 1754 corporate websites will feature links to each other’s websites, with accompanying content outlining the agreement reached.
