With a setting inspired by traditional Japanese houses, Yakiniku, located in Rome’s Pigneto quarter, serves traditional Japanese home cooking.
Yakiniku takes an original approach, departing from the usual sushi bar, focusing mainly on grilled dishes.
The menu features different types of meat (beef, chicken and bacon) and fish (salmon, tuna and king prawns), which customers can cook directly on the large stove in the centre of the dining room. Yakiniku also serves tempura, soups, tataki, udon, ebi katsu and much more.
The wine list includes around a hundred labels and numerous varieties of sake, rum, whiskey and grappa.
A large selection of teas and coffee blends from all around the world are also available.
Yakiniku also has a shop / wine bar, which sells wines, spirits and other take-away products, plus a lounge bar for aperitifs.
