The menu includes, among the first courses, ravioli which is typical of the Maremma, served with fresh tomatoes and pecorino cheese as well as potato dumplings with amberjack sauce, zucchini and pine nuts.
A wide choice of fresh fish of the day is always available: cooked in the Mediterranean style, with tomatoes and potatoes, grilled with a little bit of olive oil produced on site, or in dishes such as grilled scampi with oil and salt and light and crispy fried fish. Among the desserts, there are many tempting dishes such as white chocolate cake and yoghurt ice cream and a delicious mascarpone, raspberry and pistachio dessert. The selection of wines is noteworthy and includes Italian and foreign labels as well as a wide choice of Champagne.
