Florence, Feb 2020 – Last January 28th and 29th, the Baglioni Relais Santa Croce hosted the Italian Chefs and Restaurant Managers meeting from Relais & Châteaux.
39 Chefs and Sous Chefs coming from every region of Italy had the chance to attend great workshops and share mutual knowledge and background with the Resident Chef Niccolò de Riu, the Resident Restaurant Manager Carlo Cattaneo and the two Chefs from the close-by Enoteca Pinchiorri, Riccardo Monco and Alessandro Della Tommasina.
