These Terms and Conditions of use apply to Baglioni Hotels´ Website Users.
1. PURPOSE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

- Its use by the User is subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of use.

Access to the Site does not require registration.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS
The Site, considered in its entirety, as well as all the material published on the Site, is protected by the copyright and intellectual property rights laws.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Baglioni Hotels is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness and up-to-date of any proprietary data, content and information or otherwise placed or contained in the Site and / or in linked websites. The User is required to verify, before taking any decision, including those relating to the purchase, the accuracy of the information published on the Site.
Baglioni Hotels declines any responsibility for errors or omissions arising from the use of data and information published on the Site, nor does it provide a guarantee for (i) the continuity of the contents of the Site, (ii) the absence of viruses and/or other harmful components contained in the Site or in the server, hosting the Site; (iii) the unassailability of the Site.

Within the limits allowed by applicable law, Baglioni Hotels expressly disclaims any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential damages or losses suffered by the User in relation to the Site and / or its use, the impossibility of using the Site, the use of any linked websites and of any material published on them.
In the event that Baglioni Hotels is held liable for damages related to the Site and/or its use, the maximum compensation will be limited to the reimbursement of expenses for services or products purchased by the User and not provided.

Baglioni Hotels cannot be held responsible for communication errors, omissions or transmission difficulties, for lost, stolen or misdirected messages, or for the security of such communications. In addition, Baglioni Hotels is not responsible for the publication and /or entry of erroneous information caused by the User or by equipment or programs associated with the Site or by human or technological errors that may occur in the processing of information related to the Site.
7. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HOTEL / RESORT BOOKINGS
Reservations are made via CLEVER platform.
Regarding the terms and conditions for booking hotels /resorts, including information on taxes, applicable charges and cancellation policy, please refer to the terms and conditions available on the CLEVER: https://bookings.baglionihotels.com/
For hotels and resorts located outside the European Union, rates confirmed in Euro can be converted by the hotel into the local currency at the time of stay, according to the exchange rate used by the hotel, and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to currency conversions made by banks or credit card companies, not controlled by Baglioni Hotels, and may affect the amount charged to the User’s credit card. Baglioni Hotels cannot be held responsible for the theft by third parties and for the related misuse of the data of the payment methods used by the User on the Site or on linked websites.
The Site contains services and offers that may not be available in all locations. The reference to a certain service on the Site, does not imply the guarantee that this service is present in the location where the property booked by the User is located.
The images published on the Site may not correspond to the actual hotels/resorts and / or to the characteristics of the room booked by the User through the Site.
8. HYPERLINKS
The User agrees not to create a hyperlink to this Site from websites controlled by the same or third parties, without Baglioni Hotels written authorization.
The hyperlinks on the Site may lead the User to web pages of third parties, deemed of interest.
The User acknowledges that Baglioni Hotels has no control over the content of these websites and as a mere third party has no responsibility for the content and / or material, including advertising, disclosed therein or for external resources or for the products or services offered therein.
